We’re seeking a talented partner manager and event planner to join our team. This candidate will be critical in managing our partnerships and organizing client events. This role will allow you to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Position Overview:

The Partner Manager & Event Planner is a dual role involving forging new partnerships and planning/executing events. This role is essential for expanding our network, building meaningful partnerships, and delivering successful events that drive business goals.

Responsibilities:

Partner Management:

• Identify and engage potential strategic partners.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
• Track performance metrics and ROI for each partnership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success.

Event Planning:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various types of events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.
• Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and AV requirements.
• Evaluate event success and generate reports.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote events.

Qualifications:

• Excellent project management abilities.
• 1-3 years of experience in partnership management and event planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
