1-3 years of experience in partnership management and event planning.

Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and AV requirements.

Responsible for ensuring a lead generation process is in place and manage the growth of the portfolio in the region

Manage attendee lists and badge production, survey creation, and event recaps, report final lists.

Job Title: Innovation Activation Manager

Oversee all external and internal engagements where the relevant site and/or portfolio is references including paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Experience managing contracts as well as experience with payments and budget management

-Strong digital acumen including event management tools and platforms

Approximate Percentage of Time Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

Contracts and Accounting-Manage all payments and contracts related to the Franchises. Provide cross coverage when required.

University Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Science related field, Education, Event Planning or related field

Support maintenance management team in the planning and paperwork management of aircraft maintenance

Work with the Production Manager to report any maintenance schedule conflicts

Any previous experience in aviation administrative work

Effective oral and written communication skills

Experience in an aircraft maintenance planning function will be considered an asset

Knowledge of CAMP, TRAXALL and/or CORRIDOR (EMSS) will be considered a differential

-You have experience in event planning, management and experience within the entertainment industry is preferred.

You must be located in Montreal to be considered, even if this is a remote role.
