What will you do?
·Receive and interact with incoming Visitors
·Ensure Visitors review and acknowledge relevant policies and procedures when on Company
property
oMaintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
oEnforce Security Measures and watch for unauthorized persons on premises
·Receive and direct incoming calls
·Handle and sort all incoming and outgoing mail
·Arrange and prepare documentation for courier shipments
·Work with Travel Agency to fulfil travel requirements for employees
oArrange flights, hotels, cars, visas and transportation to and from airports
oProvide new travelers with all travel information (policies, insurance and emergency c
tact numbers)
oMatch travel invoices for flight charges to credit card statement
·Coordinate and order office supplies
·Order catering requirements as requested
·Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation as required by
senior management
·Assists Human Resources department as required
What will you bring?
· Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma, preferred.
·Ability to manage multiple projects
·Ability to communicate with employees at all levels
·2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
·Experience working with Microsoft Office
