- Provide guidance on employment law compliance and ensure our practices are up-to-date with relevant regulations.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Coordinate and lead training and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest ethical standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
