We have partnered with a collaborative and talented national firm that works on staffing Senior Leadership roles at organizations across Canada. They are seeking a self-motivated Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join their team in downtown Montreal. The position would be well suited to a candidate that has administrative and/or executive support experience. They offer hybrid work arrangements and a positive company culture. This role provides an opportunity to develop as an administrator within a prestigious organization.

This is a permanent, full-time position in Montreal offering $50,000 to $65,000 per year dependent upon experience and a hybrid work arrangement.

They are seeking a self-motivated Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join their team in downtown Montreal. The position would be well suited to a candidate that has administrative and/or executive support experience. They offer hybrid work arrangements and a positive company culture. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Office administration duties which include greeting clients, coordinating meeting logistics and catering, receiving and sending mail/couriers, managing inventory and supplies
- Supporting Senior Partners by coordinating and scheduling meetings, reviewing and preparing documents, managing information, conducting research
- Preparing written documents, synthesizing information and providing administrative support throughout the stages of the executive search process
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Self motivated, dependable, positive attitude
- Fluent bilingualism in oral and written English and French
- Post-secondary education and a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional organization
- Takes initiative
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Team player
