Bilingual Administrative Clerk Jobs

𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗸 - 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗕𝗘 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵

Location: Gazifère, Gatineau

Pay Rate: $24/hour T4/staff

Start date: ASAP

End date: November 30, 2023 with a potential for extension

Hours of work: 8:30am to 4:30pm (1hour lunch)

*Candidate will be training for 3 weeks and be required to be IN-OFFICE Monday to Friday after 3 weeks of training candidate will then work the Hybrid Model: In-Office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) / Remote (Wednesday & Friday)

• Participate in the administrative management of Gazifère’s non-regulated activities.

• Respond to inquiries from internal and/or external customers, installers, service contractors, etc. while maintaining positive relationships with them.

• Data entry for rental equipment in various systems.

• Follow up with customers in a timely manner when required.

• Perform detailed analysis of various reports.

• Perform other related administrative duties, as needed

• High School Diploma: College Diploma would be considered an asset

• The person in this role must be fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing). As the person in this role is required to frequently interact with colleagues, stakeholders and clients that do not speak French, a proficient knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing) is also required

• Candidate MUST HAVE 3 – 5 years of relevant experience

• Intermediate MS Office skills is required
