Job Description
Position: Administrative Clerk
Location: Longueuil
Type of mandate: Contract position with strong possibility of permanence
Our client in the transportation field in Longueuil is looking for an Operations Clerk on the afternoon / evening shift.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming emails;
  • Direct drivers to the window upon arrival at the warehouse;
  • Make appointments by phone with customers for delivery of goods;
  • Scan documents;
  • Any other related duties.
  • Perform data entry;
Qualifications
  • Be computer literate in the Office suite;
  • Be punctual, diligent and offer excellent customer service.
  • English with an advanced level of French
  • Have relevant experience in an administrative position or customer service, preferably in a transport company
