We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to join our team to help receive products from our shipping department. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.


What the Warehouse Clerk will do:

  • Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
  • Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
  • Move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs
  • Some building maintenance
  • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
  • Contact supplier if a mistake is identified
  • Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, etc.)
  • Unload packages from incoming trucks
  • Label items around the warehouse
  • Manage returns
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
  • Load and wrap skids for shipping
  • Pick and pack customer orders
  • Keep the warehouse organized and clean at all times.
  • Work with clients, follow-up emails and phone calls


What you will need:

  • Basic computer literacy required.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, a plus.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Able to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery
  • Bilingual is a must
  • Able to troubleshoot individually and in a small group
  • Experience as a Warehouse Clerk required
  • Very detail oriented
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
