The incumbent will be responsible for inventory logistics for all staff according to established procedures.

• Responsible for the logistics of inventories related to operations (uniforms. personal protective equipment etc.)
• Responsible for the purchase requisitions for the inventories he administers
• Coordinates passes, DA and radio license
• Support the administrative team;
• Manages the radio system inventory ;
• All other related tasks
• Responsible for the distribution of personal protective equipment.
• Signing Authority for passes and DA applications

Qualifications

• Training in office automation (an asset);
• One to two years of experience in a clerical position;
• Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
• Interpersonal skills, dynamic, and customer-service oriented;
• Good knowledge of French and English, written and spoken;
• Organizational skills, methodical, and able to manage several projects at the same time;
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with timelines;
