Be responsible for onsite day to day operations, liaising with Client on Day to Day issues that may arise.

Attend daily meetings with Airport Security/Operational Staff, daily Security Supervisor meetings etc

Work in tandem with Terminal Security Supervisors, collectively maintaining oversight of Frontline Staff.

Keep daily records of incidents, events, disciplinary or administrative actions taken, problems encountered.

Report issues directly to the Client that occur above and beyond regular daily operations

Excellent keyboarding skills; with the ability to manage multiple phone lines, while ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Monitor baggage and passenger flows during additional phases of A-CDM and Total Airport Management (TAM)

“Day-of” people management of the Resource and Apron Management Unit staff to ensure safe and secure operations

Solid knowledge and experience of airport operations airside, terminal, and baggage

Collaborate with GTAA Managers, Government agencies, Airlines, and Ground Handlers when issues arise from their respective operational areas

Post-secondary aviation education or equivalent aviation knowledge/experience TP 312E course completion or equivalent experience

Ensure adherence to the airport inspection program and the safety management system's regulations.

Manage documentation of airside safety and security, airfield/runway inspections and wildlife inspections and control.

Manage the airport's operational budget and make recommendations for capital expenditures, including applications for funding.
