ADGA is currently looking for a full time Project Control Coordinator to join our team and provide support to a large, multi-year Defence program. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assist in the development of plans and projects;
- Provide International Program coordination administrative support;
- Monitor progress of plans and projects;
- Perform data entry tasks and be able to extract and analyze data from a variety of SW systems.
- Perform clerical duties, including taking notes to draft minutes or others correspondence and documents; and
- Draft briefing notes, reports, presentations, and other admin documents;
- Coordinate and track files, deliverables, tasks, action items and meets, in support of project activities;
- Requires NATO Secret level clearance.
- Providing administrative support to project teams in the tracking of project deliverables, bring forward items, and meeting tracking and coordination;
- Preparation of forecasting documents such as task estimates, proposals, cash-flow & expenditure estimates and related materials;
- Working with Project Scheduling software such as MS Project, including schedule creation, progress tracking, resource workload management and forecasting;
- Proof of an Undergraduate level university degree in any discipline or Proof of a College diploma in Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Working with workflow automation and collaboration IT systems such as SharePoint.
- Taking minutes of meetings, preparing Records of Decision, and tracking Action Items using business productivity software;
- Performing cost accounting functions such as tracking of project expenses (travel/claims), verification of invoices; and
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience within the last 7 years in each of this assessment area's criteria.
- Working with Project Scheduling software such as MS Project, including schedule creation, progress tracking, resource workload management and forecasting;
- Taking minutes of meetings, preparing Records of Decision, and tracking Action Items using business productivity software;
- Providing administrative support to project teams in the tracking of project deliverables, bring forward items, and meeting tracking and coordination;
- Preparation of forecasting documents such as task estimates, proposals, cash-flow & expenditure estimates and related materials;
