You will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are properly stored, tracked, and updated. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining document control systems and procedures. Overview A Document Control Coordinator is responsible for managing the document control process for an organization. This includes creating, organizing, and maintaining documents, as well as ensuring that documents are up to date and compliant with applicable regulations. The Document Control Coordinator is also responsible for providing guidance and support to other departments in the organization on document control processes. Detailed Job Description The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for the creation, organization, and maintenance of all documents related to the organization. This includes creating, organizing, and maintaining documents such as policies, procedures, forms, and reports. The Document Control Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that all documents are up to date and compliant with applicable regulations. The Document Control Coordinator is also responsible for providing guidance and support to other departments in the organization on document control processes. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of document control processes and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in document control
• Knowledge of document control processes and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
