If you are a talented and experienced Senior Administrator or Executive Assistant, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our client, a leader in the healthcare field, has partnered with Aplin to recruit Executive level Administrative support for a 3-month contract starting ASAP.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the governance department, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and handling incoming inquiries.
- Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with department heads and executives to prepare for various meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and data are organized and available.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files related to the governance department's activities.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between different departments and external stakeholders, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently.
- Board Meeting Support: Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, including agenda creation, compiling meeting packages, and distributing relevant documents to board members on time.
- Strong Writing and Editing: Produce clear, concise, and professional written content for various documents, emails, reports, and presentations. Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Availability to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
- Experience with board meetings and meeting preparation is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proven experience in an executive administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
