Job Description


Due to on-going project delivery, we have an immediate need to provide document control support for multiple infrastructure projects to manage and track all incoming and outgoing project data within the document management repositories.


  • Ensuring that the quality checks and review processes for all document submissions are being completed and adhered to by the project team;
  • Working directly with project teams coordinating and transmitting deliverables to clients in a time-sensitive manner;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving document control queries raised by team members;
  • Other document control tasks as required.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are uploaded and tracked via the document management system; ensure all metadata requirements are captured, assign document numbers as required;
  • Provide administrator support as required for the document management tools such as SharePoint and Aconex; provide access for team members and manage permissions accordingly.
  • Manage the workflow of documents throughout the document lifecycle as per the project requirements including handover and archiving;
  • Adhere to the company and client’s policies and procedures;
  • Working directly with clients and project teams to ensure that contractual requirements are met for document management including document submissions, numbering, tracking, storage and quality assurance;


Candidate Specification


The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications


  • Preference will be given to candidates with advanced proficiency working with SharePoint and Aconex databases;
  • Effective multitasking and organizational skills, ability to prioritize daily tasks;
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point);
  • Must be able to engage with clients and stakeholders;
  • Must be self-motivated and a team player;
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a document control role working on large infrastructure projects;
  • Familiarity with engineering, drafting and other technical infrastructure project deliverables would be an asset.
  • Ability to maintain business related confidentiality and discretion;
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication with a high degree of attention to detail;
