Responsibilities
1.Document Coordination (70%)
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence
Receive, scan, and upload medical records to the system.
Flag potential date and other conflicts to the intake and/or reports team for handling
Review letter of instruction for names, dates, and other pertinent information
Identify and correct misinformation in the system by reviewing the letter of instruction
Remove duplication in records and ensure an up-to-date chart is on file
Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries regarding records
Maintain the documents management system
Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of patient information by keeping all medical records confidential and protected
2.Reception, Chaperoning & Administrative Assistance (20%)
Greet and complete consent and intake process with examinees.
Notify assessors of late or no-show examinees
Complete clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, scanning
Chaperoning assessments as needed
3.Other Duties as Assigned (10%)
