Production Control Coordinator Jobs

Working with Project Scheduling software such as MS Project, including schedule creation, progress tracking, resource workload management and forecasting;

Perform data entry tasks and be able to extract and analyze data from a variety of SW systems.

Provide International Program coordination administrative support;

Coordinate and track files, deliverables, tasks, action items and meets, in support of project activities;

Assist in the development of plans and projects;

Monitor progress of plans and projects;

Manage work activities, recruit and develop a Team whose customer base is primarily the Distribution and Transportation Operations

Drive benefits and changes driven by the Production Planning process and CTC's Supply Chain Major Project Initiatives within the environment

Complete performance assessments on an annual basis with Manager

Ensure that knowledge of other initiatives is leveraged by the Team

Extensive and proven PC knowledge coupled with ability to adapt to rapidly changing applications and systems

2 to 5 years Logistics or related experience

Supports with other requests from management and internal/external partners as needed.

Strong computer skills and some experience with Microsoft Excel

Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience analyzing reports and building templates

Ability to meet attendance requirements

Three to five years planning, production and/or quality experience, with specific knowledge of program management and production control systems

Minimum three years management experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, production planning or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Develop and maintain daily production control operational processes to meet ever-evolving business and operational requirements

Execute continuous improvement initiatives based on strategic priorities defined by the Production Control Senior Manager

Provide consultation regarding waving exception requests or intersecting project requirements

Implements document management policies and procedures in line with TI Corp’s guidelines.

Designs and implements systems to establish document management best practices across the project.

Coordinates with IT resources to ensure all document management systems and tools are identified, deployed, and maintained.

Develops and implements detailed work instructions to support the approved procedures and supervise/guide the day-to-day activities of document management staff.

Maintains the hard-copy filing system and ensures that electronic copies of all documentation are stored in the designated document management system.

Administers and controls the lifecycle management and disposition of all project recorded information.

Three to five years planning, production and/or quality experience, with specific knowledge of program management and production control systems

Minimum three years management experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, production planning or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Develop and maintain daily production control operational processes to meet ever-evolving business and operational requirements

Execute continuous improvement initiatives based on strategic priorities defined by the Production Control Senior Manager

Manage raw materials by timely inputting production orders to drive demand.

Manage, adjust, and close production orders as needed in a timely manner to assure accuracy.

1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred

Problem solving skills with the ability to think and react quickly to resolve issues

Communication proficiency and collaboration skills

Issue and schedule work orders to meet customer or inventory demand.

Experience in Project Management, LEAN Management, or CIP an asset

Escalate process concerns to Management and provide options for rectification.

Participate in process improvement projects across departments (Lean Management / CIP)

Experience in Aviation Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) industry or Aviation Manufacturing an asset

Working knowledge of Visual Basic and SharePoint

SAP (or experience with comparable ERP software)
