Project Control Officer (Pco)

We are currently looking for a Project Control Officer (PCO) to join the experts of our project management support team based in Montreal.

• Approve timesheets and manage service billing;
• Support the project manager in documenting and monitoring project management methodology;
• Report project progress by identifying variations in performance indicators, risks, and opportunities;
• Provide administrative support to directors and project managers;
• Monitor project schedules, efforts, budget, and deliverables;
• Assist project managers in their management activities regarding operational aspects of planning;
• Communicate progress of work in relation to the initial plan and delivery requirements.
• Contribute to the integration of new project managers,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience;
• Interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset;
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
• Coursework in project management or CAPM certification is an asset.
• College or university degree in a relevant field of study;
• Excellent proficiency in MS Project or other project management tools;
• Autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness;
