About The Role
We are looking for a IntactLab Control Officer to join our dynamic team!
You will be responsible to comply with our Project Management processes, manage our Invoicing and maintain a reliable and complete source of data.
What You’ll Do Here

• Act as the main point of contact with Procurement and Finances departments to guarantee alignment.
• Participate in ad-hoc requests and strategic projects.
• Maintain project budgets in the Clarity tool to ensure it remains a reliable source of data for analysis.
• Track staffing and reflect staff movements in Clarity.
• Process purchase orders and invoicing related.
• Keep track of timesheet entries for all our staff.
• Insure compliance with PPM (Planning & Portfolio Management) processes.
• Produce standard monthly workforce projection reports.

What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an IT environment.
• Excellent at presenting analysis results and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Oracle/eProcurement (an asset).
• Excellent planning skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to take care of several tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Clarity or project management tools.
• Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, proactive and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Project management experience will be considered an asset.
• Have strong financial management skills with proven experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis.
• Project management experience.
• Bilingualism (French / English) Required - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
