We are currently seeking to add a person to our inventory department.
We are looking for the perfect person to join our team asap!

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
As an Inventory Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Updating pick tickets after each printing session
• Empty bin Report transaction
• Repack project
• Coding carriers on picks tickets
• Being an active participant in investigation process upon receiving
• Rush order request;
• Processing inventory adjustment in ERP system
• Sample request
• Processing bin transfer in system
• Coordinating shipment with 3PL’s (follow up orders)
• Processing returns/ SRO’s in ERP
• Validating and processing cycle count
• Transfers processing picks and coordinating with traffic
• Customer complaint request from CET
• Being an active participant of Year End Count Process
• Printing and amend pick ticket from ERP system

Qualifications

• High sense of urgency;
• Provide support in the warehouse when needed;
• Analytical mind;
• Able to communicate well in English and French;
• Curious nature;
• Detail-oriented;
• Investigative mind;

Good with numbers;
Detail oriented;
Autonomous;
Someone who adapts well to new environments.
