Inventory And Billing Coordinator

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an inventory and billing coordinator to join their finance team. This individual will be responsible for the billing of product deliveries, moinitoring safeguarding and confirming inventory. This is a hybrid position and the inventory and billing coordinator will be reporting directly to the accounting manager.

What you will achieve in this role:

• Being able to pin point any discrepancies and communicating with appropriate individuals.
• Processing and verifying paperwork.
• Working through any costing issues.
• Effectively identify any errors and advising dispatch.
• Invoicing and billing customers accordingly through the system.
• Inspect and look after the reconciliation of inventory and ensuring there is documentation to verify the accuracy of the company's inventory.
• Utilizing the ERP system by regularly inputting and creating new inventory product codes.

What you must bring to this role:

• 3+ years of experience in either an accounting or inventory role.
• Able to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Diploma or Certificate in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel.
• Being able to communicate effectively and work with multiple stakeholders when discrepancies arise and solve them.
• Strong communication, written and negotiation skills.
