About Us:Sinobec Trading, established in 2002, is a large sized master trader of non-ferrous products including aluminum & stainless steel, in all shapes & forms. We currently have three strategically located facilities in Canada & the USA which carry standard stock of aluminum coils, sheets, plates, extrusions and stainless steel sheets.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and coordinate record of all real-time inventory levels for incoming and outgoing goods.Utilize GP dynamic 365 to integrate with other software to streamline overall process.Administer and perform purchase order verifications prior to entry in the ERP system.Coordinate regularly with sales, accounting, logistics and warehouse department to update operations planning and procedures and resolve existing issues.Monitor monthly inventory and reconcile multiple warehouses by coordinating with warehouse personnel and related reports.Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes.Prepare delivery notes for outbound material, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Review shipping documentation to ensure consistency and correctness.Assist in drafting reports including confirmation, documentation, and forwarding to relevant departments.Develop inventory management procedures with warehouse team.Evaluate incoming inventory documentation, verifying accuracy, signatures, and piece counts.Other duties assigned by direct supervisor.Qualifications:2+ year experience in inventory control.Experienced in using Sales Pad and GP Dynamics 365 systems.Familiar with WMS system.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French and English.Fast Learner, strong problem-solving skills, and detail oriented.Strong interpersonal skills, professional manners, and ability to work in a team environment.What we offer:A competitive wageA friendly working environmentLots of room for growthDisability insuranceLife insuranceExtended health careOn-site parkingCasual dressSalary: $46,530.0/year
