We are looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our glass panel manufacturing company. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the accurate and efficient management of our materials and supplies inventory. Your expertise in inventory coordination and your ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment will be essential to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for the complete management of our inventory of materials and supplies used in the manufacture of glass panels. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies, and working closely with the various teams involved in the production process. Your role will be essential in ensuring optimal inventory management, reducing costs and minimizing production interruptions. Join our Montreal team in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district.

40 hours per week between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Permanent position
Salary between $45,000 and $55,000 depending on experience
3 weeks vacation

Database management
Update ERP system
Coordinate inventory movements
Participate in inventory audits and procedures
Qualifications
3 years relevant experience
Experience in problem solving
Bilingual
Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and meticulous.
Multi-tasking
