Job Description
Our client location in Baie D'urfe is currently looking for an inventory coordinator posituon. This client has experience dealing with specializing in third-party logistics warehousing/distribution, is looking for an inventory logistics specialist.
Are you computer savvy? Have great attention to detail? Experience with WMS?
Advantages
Monday to Friday work hours are between 7am to 3pm
40 hour work week

Salary $48,000-55,000$
Responsibilities
  • Picking support for stock outages, incorrect articles, and damage goods found during processing
  • Processing claims and warehouse transfers;
  • Inspecting and correcting Inventory Diagnostics;
  • Identifies nonconformities and potential nonconformities;
  • Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program;
  • Managing physical inventory counts on short timelines;
  • Perform warehouse duties using equipment (Forklift, Raymond Reach, Reverse);
  • Entry and release of the count plans within the Warehouse Management System;
  • Comply with GMP requirements as applicable to ensure that all
  • Handling client emails and interactions via phone and inputting the orders into the system
  • Direct customer interaction to resolve issues;
  • Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts;
  • Client exit and deletion procedures;
  • Article maintenance and set up;
  • Investigating and identifying the root cause of inventory variances;
  • Transactions balance over and under location discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System;
Quality And Regulatory Requirements Of Health Canada And Other
applicable authorities and client requirements are met.

Qualifications
