Sales And Inventory Coordinator Jobs

Diploma or Certificate in Business, Accounting or Finance.

3+ years of experience in either an accounting or inventory role.

Strong communication, written and negotiation skills.

Effectively identify any errors and advising dispatch.

Invoicing and billing customers accordingly through the system.

Inspect and look after the reconciliation of inventory and ensuring there is documentation to verify the accuracy of the company's inventory.

Daily management of shipments, including booking trucks and coordinating deliveries.

Provide management with cost information for logistics bids on new and existing programs.

Update inventory records and provide management with inventory reports three times a week.

Ensure daily shipping of all orders through Rubicon to facilitate the closure of consignments in collaboration with the finance team.

Two or more years of experience in a shipping or logistics field.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.

Conduct reconciliations of distributors’ and Senior Territory Managers’ Field Inventory accounts.

This individual must be articulate, energetic and outgoing, have a positive attitude and experience in client services within a corporate environment.

College or university education preferred

Previous experience in the medical field preferred

$50K -$55K plus (3% Bonus) Based on Experience

Liaise with sales force for product inquiries and trial samples.
