Your Responsibilities In a Nutshell

Manage accounts payable - Ensure monthly bank reconciliations - Prepare weekly supplier payments - Produce monthly budget tracking documents - Prepare reports for management, as required - Perform monthly customer invoicing - Assist management with related tasks and special projects

Your Strengths For This Position

• Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of the NPO sector (asset)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Bilingualism: impeccable French and functional English
• Proficiency in Avantage and Business Central accounting software (assets)
• Familiarity with billing (asset)
• High sense of ethics and confidentiality
• AEC, DEP or DEC in accounting or equivalent experience
