Your Responsibilities In a Few Words

Compile billing information from agreements and operational reports - Perform billing - Review contracts, bids and agreements - Post invoices - Act as liaison with sales and operations - Ensure accuracy of billing information - Update billing procedures and practices as required.

Your Strengths For This Position

• DEP or AEC in accounting, administration or a discipline relevant to the role
• Bilingualism: required
• Familiarity with billing
• Knowledge of the Office Suite
• Attention to detail, meticulousness and rigor
• Experience in billing (asset)
