Job Description
Position: Billing / invoicing clerk
Temporary to permanent position ( LONG TERM! )
Location: Ville Mont-Royal (De la Savane metro)
Salary: ~50k and benefits
Flexible schedule
Our client is looking for an Billing / invoicing clerk to join their accounting team in Ville Mont-Royal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a related position.

Responsibilities
  • Compare invoices, receiving slips and purchase orders to ensure that quantities, description and prices are consistent and correct discrepancies if any;
  • Ensure that invoices are approved by authorized individuals;
  • Review invoices to be paid and validate that the prices correspond to the contracts with the various suppliers
  • Verify and reconcile supplier statements;
  • Manage returns and/or replacements for merchandise
  • Enter invoices and credit notes into accounting systems;
  • Maintain professional contact with suppliers;
  • Follow up on credits issued by suppliers;
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
  • Advanced English, functional French, Spanish and asset
