You must be available for the required shift(s); starting time between 6am and 730am

Be able to lift up to 50lbs depending on the department

·Proven experience as an inventory clerk or a related role in a similar industry.

·Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

·Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

·Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

·Knowledge of industry-specific inventory control procedures is desirable.

·3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably with SAP ERP.

Role: SAP Inventory Management Specialist

·Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

·Use SAP to manage inventory levels, including cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Engaging all customers to help them navigate the changes in the store.

1 to 2+ years of similar experience.

High school graduate. Any post-secondary education is an asset.

Knowledge of -- or the desire to learn about -- construction equipment and trucks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Excellent organizational skills. You’re the type that leaves no detail unattended.

Be the first point of contact for customer questions and issues related to the heavy equipment inventory

Perform daily data entry in various operating systems;

Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, word (SAP);

Excellent communication skills; both oral and written with the ability to relate well to peers;

1-2 years of related experience;

Perform assigned tasks related to the storage, retrieval and shipment of merchandise;

Participate in handling of incoming, outgoing, and internal transfers;

Purolator system experience is an asset

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Ordering, receiving, picking small packages, dentures and fake teeth, and invoicing of tooth orders

Printing and amend pick ticket from ERP system

Coordinating shipment with 3PL’s (follow up orders)

Coding carriers on picks tickets

Updating pick tickets after each printing session

Validating and processing cycle count

Processing bin transfer in system

Data entry of purchase order requirements for various branches.

College degree in the field of Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline preferred

Data entry of stock adjustments for various branches.

Minimum 6 months relevant work experience in a Supply Chain role, preferably in a distribution environment

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ensure the right materials arrive at the site on time.

RF Scanner, previous WMS experience an asset

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
