In this diverse and rewarding role, you'll have the chance to manage payroll, assist with the onboarding of new clients, oversee monthly reporting, and provide invaluable administrative support, all from the convenience of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Use cutting-edge, cloud-based accounting software to manage and improve client accounts.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Client Communication: Be a point of contact for our clients, responding promptly and thoroughly to queries via email and calls.
- Client Onboarding: Play a crucial role in welcoming new clients to Cayde Accounting & Tax, facilitating a smooth and exceptional onboarding experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and distribute timely monthly reports, keeping clients informed and engaged.
- Payroll Execution: Ensure our clients' payroll is accurate and on time, drawing on your extensive knowledge of payroll rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Discretion: You understand the importance of confidentiality and can handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role with payroll responsibilities.
- Certifications: Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or CPM certification is preferred.
- Software Skills: You're proficient in Quickbooks Online or Xero.
- Attention to Detail: You're meticulous, organized, and possess excellent time management skills.
- Home Office Setup: You have a reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
- Communication: You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with clients via video conferencing.
- Initiative: You're a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
