Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be focused on placing clinical and non-clinical students in Long Term Care and Retirement Communities across the country.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Student Placement Coordinator, your typical day will impact in the following ways:
- Work with Long Term & Retirement site management to determine their placement needs for each quarter
- Ensure all data is accurate and captured for tracking and reporting to senior leaders
- Establish relationships and coordinate contract agreements with post-secondary institutions in Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia
- Deploy students and track all clinical and non-clinical front line student placements at site level
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate paid student placement opportunities
- Conduct front line references for clinical and non-clinical employees
- Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from post-secondary institutions and from site level management
Education and Experience Required:
- Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion and initiative in dealing with confidential information and/or in responding to inquiries.
- Demonstrates sense of urgency
- All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Record
- Technologically savvy, able to navigate multiple technology platforms
- 1 – 2 years of work experience and/or coop experience in human resources or a related field
