Title: Production Technician - Hard Coat Technician
Shift: Monday to Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM
Location: Ridgeway and Laird area in Mississauga
Pay: $37,9600/yr

Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for as a Production Technician - Hard Coat?

• Lens inspection for surface flaws and defects
• 4- Bath machine operations
• Responsible for Coating Applications
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Takes the initiative to observe and follow up on discrepancies; suggests improvements; recommends solutions
• Conducting quality tolerance assessments
• Responsible for the basic operation, cleaning, and ongoing maintenance of laboratory tools and equipment
• Sorting sourcing work
• Lens curing and lens baking
• Scanning and job transfer distribution

Qualifications
Do you have the skills needed as a Production Technician - Hard Coat:

• Optical/Mechanical Aptitude/ is beneficial
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable with a great team attitude
• Minimum 1 year of production experience
