Crown Reach Operator 12 Hr Shifts- 24/Hr Days

Are you a certified Crown reach/Order Picker and Dock Stocker Forklift operator? We are currently hiring in Mississauga, ON! Full-Time position!!
The ideal candidates will have 1+ years of experience using all 3 forklift machines, in an industrial setting. You will be responsible to work in a safe and efficient manner while complying with all plant GMP and Health and Safety Policies & Procedures.
Pay rate: $24/hour
Available Shift Pattern:
Days 6am - 6pm Rotational shift, but always on days
Rotation: Week 1 Mon, Thurs & Fri
Week 2 Tues, Wed, Sat & Sun
Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• High level of detail and working safely
• Technical background, must complete training on operating equipment
• Need to be fully vaccinated
• Executes standard operating procedures, handles conflicts, and provides resolutions
• Must have a minimum 1-year experience on all 3 forklift machines
• Certified on all 3 forklift machines

Responsibilities

• Operate the IPC interface and/or on line labelers
• Report for food safety/quality problems to personnel with authority
• Change dates and material according to shop order requirements
• Move materials around warehouse as needed
• Operate Raymond reach, Order Picker & Dock Stocker forklift
• Start and maintain operation of the line, and properly shutdown the line following a complete safety protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Knowledge of SOPs – cleaning, start up, safety, operation, CQP
• Need to be fully vaccinated with 1st & 2nd shot
• Able to work full-time hours Monday - Friday
• Must possess technical aptitude. Technical background an asset.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and excellent work ethics
• Understands right first time quality
• Work well independently and as a team member
• Willing to learn and develop Manufacturing Best Practices
• Ability to handle conflicts and provide resolutions
• Shows initiative, takes directions and executes plans efficiently
