Our client is a leading global packaging solutions company who is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the organization's talent, culture, and functional excellence. They will oversee the execution of HR processes, policies, and programs, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and company requirements. This role involves talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR system management, change management, and team leadership.
This role reports directly to the Head of HR for Canada.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources
7-10 years of related experience in a manufacturing organization.
CHRP and CHRL certifications are a plus.
