What You'll Do

Field Effect is seeking a highly motivated new graduate to join the Enterprise Applications and Integrations (EAI) team. Working closely with the team, you will be trained up on EAI solutions to be one of EAI advocates and contribute to knowledge sharing across multiple departments and teams. As an Enterprise Application Analyst at Field Effect, you will:

• Provide support to by timely answering questions and resolving problems as they occur
• Escalate reoccurring technical issues to the relevant support teams
• Help to ensure all regulatory, compliance and security standards are met
• Analyzing users’ stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Learn to execute all levels of testing
• Assist in the administration of CRM solutions including Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and others
• Help to drive consistent usage of CRM system and adherence to business processes
• Assist in production of supplemental training materials and self-served support articles
• Understand and help facilitate role-based access requirements, adhering to a just-right methodology to also protect the data of our employees, customers, and partners
• Ability to assist in troubleshooting and debugging
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Please note that occasional travel may be required for this role.

Skills & Experience We Look For

• Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users, and translate feedback from non-technical users into actionable configuration items
• Master's degree in Computer/Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Time management and organizational skills
