Title: Human Resources Co-op - Mississauga


Position Summary


Hatch is seeking an HR Co-op Student with interest in Human Resources for a 4-month internship starting in January 2024. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead, you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

Responsibilities


As a co-op student, your duties and responsibilities will include:


  • Maintain data in HR Information System
  • Assist with day-to-day employee requests
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Support payroll administration duties on an as needed basis
  • Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases
  • Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, new hire onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, HR program and process review.


Education And Experience


  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced skill in MS Excel
  • 2nd year or higher of a business/commerce diploma in Human Resources, or similar relevant program
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or SAP an asset
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
