Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Reporting to the Manager Compensation & Job Evaluation, the successful candidate will work closely with our Human Resources team, assisting in various compensation and job evaluation initiatives.
- Supporting the communication and education of compensation policies and programs to employees.
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive material
- Collaborating with HR team members to review and update job descriptions to reflect changing roles and responsibilities.
- Supporting the administration of our compensation programs, including job descriptions, salary structures, and job evaluation.
- Conducting research on industry compensation trends, analyzing data, and preparing reports to support recommendations.
- Participating in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive.
- Working with current job evaluation tools to ensure that all roles are documented in the system and records are up to date and audited regularly.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service orientation are essential
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program: Business Administration or Human Resources programs are preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and conduct research effectively.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , Powerpoint), experience with Outlook is an asset

- Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up are required
