HR Summer Student

Job location: Ottawa, Canada

Term length: 3-month term with possibility to extend starting July 2023 (approximately 30 hrs/week).

What you will do

• Upload digital files to our document management system
• Organize HR files into pre-defined boxes
• Convert paper files to digital
• Opportunity to work with other HR team members to shadow and learn about the different roles

What we are looking for

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong initiative
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
• Current student (senior high-school / junior college or university) with a keen interest in Human Resources & Business and/or enrolled in a related program
