Job Description
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Service Representative.
Senior Service Representative –


  • Receiving payments in differing currencies and manually keying the funds into the correct currency
  • Repairing wire payments
  • Working through the request queue with speed and accuracy
  • Ensuring wire payments are processed with no process errors

Senior Service Representative – Mandatory Skills


  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 words/minute)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Superb typing accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (bilingual is an asset)

Senior Service Representative – Preferred Skills


  • Bilingual English/French an asset
  • Previous financial teller experience
  • Previous service representative experience for a banking client
  • Solid knowledge of general geography

Senior Service Representative - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 8 months to start
