Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensures that the company is acting and is seen by the Customer as Gold Standard in the areas of Product Supply, Score Carding, Reporting, Communication and other Customer Related KPI's
  • Establish internal relationships cross-functionally with stakeholders such as Transportation, Warehouse, Sales and Supply Planning to ensure gold standard Service to our Customers.
  • Reporting to the Canadian Customer Service Lead, the Bilingual Supply Chain Customer Service Representative contributes to the success of the warehouse delivery business by insuring accurate fulfillment to Retail, Food service and Small format customers.
  • Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Customer Service Rep – Bilingual for our Canadian businesses.
  • Develop relationships with customers, handling customer calls, and following up with order adjustments, discrepancies, order tracing, inquiries and problem-solving.
  • Lead a national portfolio of our Key Accounts for Beverages Deliver net revenue objectives while being aligned with the strategic direction for the business
  • Builds effective relationships supporting business growth and customer development
  • Execute with Sales on Innovation, Promotional Activity and Display Ready Offerings, to ensure the right product is delivered to the right place at the right time

Mississauga, Ontario – Remote / ON Site.


Professional Experience / Qualifications:


  • An assertive, analytical individual who can work as a part cross-functional team
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy team environment
  • Bilingual candidates (French written & oral) will be preferred
  • University Bachelor's degree or similar work experience.
  • Strong competency in the area of information management and the ability to learn systems quickly (experience with Siebel and SAP is an asset)
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including diplomacy when dealing with conflicts
