Customer Service Representative - Logistics

Looking for qualified and dedicated Customer Service Representative in Logistics environment to assist our operations team in servicing expanding customer base in a fast-paced warehouse distribution facility.

Answering customer calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Shipment tracking and tracing, data entry.

Preparing documents for pick up and deliveries following set procedures.

Communicating with warehouse staff regularly regarding shipments availability.

Handling imports and export files by gathering billing info needed to process invoices.

Provide back up support for other Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements

Assisting with other objectives as required.

Proactive in addressing inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Multi-tasking efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.

Efficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word/ outlook).
