To succeed, you will need to:

- Previous order desk and customer service experience

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data entry

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to remain calm while solving issues and have the patience to de-escalate difficult situations

:

- Respond to customer inquiries, explaining sales offers and promotions, and resolving customer issues

- Ensuring accuracy of customer orders

- Provide product information and assist with order processing

- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry efficiently

- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless operations

- Be the friendly voice and face of our company, creating positive customer experiences

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
