Are you mathematically inclined and looking to be a key part of a sales team?
Have you previously worked in a position where you prepared quotes, job orders and followed up with manufacturing of client orders?
If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!
We are seeking an Order Entry/ Customer Service Administrator to join a winning team in Guelph, ON on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
As the Order Entry/ Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions/concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Familiarize with product and materials used in production process
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
  • Maintaining database records/system
  • Occasional roll inspections
  • Order entry and purchase order generation
  • Assisting technical sales department in preparing quotes, job orders and follow-up with client requests
  • Follow company process accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and time management skills
  • Previous order processing or order entry with customers regarding products would be a definite asset
  • Punctual, precise and self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of reading manufacturers drawings and various mathematical measurements (radius/diameters) is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
