Job Description
Bilingual Order Management Representative - (English/French)
Working Environment: Hybrid
Location: Mississauga
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
As a Bilingual Wholesaler Representative, you will manage all aspects of assigned accounts and provide exceptional customer service to increase sales. Prioritizing, problem solving, and quick decision making are critical in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Support Sales department and perform other duties as assigned by the manager
  • Work with vendor compliance to understand and interpret customer requirements
  • Understand and utilize a wide variety of EDI functions to meet each customer's EDI requirements
  • Communicate with customers, sales reps, and brand management for the release of merchandise
  • Resolve issues including product availability, pricing, terms, discounts, routing, and special instructions before releasing orders to the distribution center for shipment
  • Create, process, and maintain orders, contracts, and returns
  • Analyze orders for shipment and monitor multiple order reports
Qualifications:
  • Maintain a very strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task, accurately prioritize workload, and maintain a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and website navigation
  • Fluent in French and English, oral and written
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills
