Job Description

Qualified candidates for this role must be located in Southern California or Texas (Dallas or Houston areas)
The Sales Rep Associate develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services. Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
Basic Qualifications
  • Two to three years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese if located in California, or Korean or Chinese if located in Texas
  • Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
  • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00 - $83,930.00
