BILINGUAL LEAD GENERATOR - FOR MANUFACTURER SELLING INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN PRODUCTS TO THE FOOD SERVICE, CATERING OR HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.
ALTERNATIVELY, BILINGUAL LEAD GENERATORS SOURCING AND QUALIFYING LEADS FOR OTHER MANUFACTURING CATEGORIES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND FRENCH. LOCATION - MISSISSAUGA.
The Bilingual Lead Generator is essentially a Business Development Role. Salary plus commission 70K to 75K per annum; full benefits. You will receive Raw data (trade show leads, business cards, etc.). Your role as a Bilingual Lead Generator is to call the leads and qualify hem as you input them into the firm's SalesForce CRM and SAP System. You will fill out records as Contact Information, Company Website , Industry and you will follow-up on raw lead data. Once leads are qualified, you will book appointments online or through Microsoft Teams so the Regional Sales Manager can give a Demonstration of the company's industrial kitchen products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary goal is to market our client’s product to the Canadian marketplace by successfully inviting companies to online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the Regional Sales Manager.
Leads are collected through Trade Shows, and then Updating Contacts in Legacy Database.
Qualify prospects via internet research and telephone communication. Develop this lead into a potential prospect (record) where they can be called upon by the Regional Sales Manager.
Target the firm's existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximize upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
Continuously update the CRM (Sales Force).
REQUIREMENTS:
Extroverted.
Advanced English and French Communication Skills.
Inside sales experience. Ability to make outbound calls and follow up on qualified leads.
Experience Cold Calling and Prospecting Preferred.
Experience in a Corporate office environment.
SAP/Sales Force or other CRM Experience.
Experience sourcing and qualifying leads in the Food Service, Catering or Hospitality industry.
Experience sourcing and qualifying leads for a manufacturer selling industrial users will also be of interest.
Experience using Phone/E-mail/Microsoft Teams (or similar).
Cold Calling Experience to raw data (Business Cards, Trade Show leads).
