Salary: $45000-50,000 annually, depending on experience

Basic knowledge of reading manufacturers drawings and various mathematical measurements (radius/diameters) is an asset

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook

Job duties of the Customer service representative/ Order Desk role:

Strong analytical, operational and time management skills.

Knowledge of supply chain and order management systems (SAP would be considered an asset).

Analysis and distribution/communication of operational reports. With management, identify action items to support departmental Mid Term Plan (MTP).

Assist with implementation of IT initiatives (requirements, SOP documentation, end user training).

Minimum 3+ years in Sales and Customer Service with experience Managing a Team is MUST!!

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Team Lead - Customer Sales Order Management

Assist with implementation of IT initiatives (requirements, SOP documentation, end user training).

Minimum 3+ years in Sales and Customer Service with experience Managing a Team is MUST!!

Process daily orders in a timely manner

Prepare shipping in a timely manner

Track, measure and report status of orders

Prepare labels, packaging slips bill of landing etc.

Process all invoices & credit card payments

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

Experience working in E-Commerce, Customer Service or Digital Sales.

High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of ERP systems and third-party logistics (3PL) processes is advantageous.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Other duties as assigned by Management

Previous customer service experience with excellent organizational skills

O.S.S.D with a minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position

Computer competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong communication/interpersonal skills (verbal & written)

Working knowledge of Profit Key (or other ERP) software an asset

Communicate with customers, sales reps, and brand management for the release of merchandise

Work with vendor compliance to understand and interpret customer requirements

Understand and utilize a wide variety of EDI functions to meet each customer's EDI requirements

Support Sales department and perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
