Position Title:Team Lead - Order Management Customer Sales

Role Summary:
Supervise the internal Sales Order Management Support Team to achieve wholesale targets across all product lines. Maintain high level of customer service ensuring the department is operating successfully and make improvements if needed, with management input. Collaborate with management on business processes and distribution objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis and distribution/communication of operational reports. With management, identify action items to support departmental Mid Term Plan (MTP).
- Ensure effective two-way communication within the department through daily interaction with team members, regular meetings and by ensuring all direct reports possess the information required to be effective in their position. Keep management abreast of any personnel issues or training/resource gaps.
- Monitor orders banks and maintain, identify, and address any allocation issues. Proactively notify management of potential gaps, seek direction to rapidly address and deliver the highest level of customer service.
- Ensure corporately assigned monthly wholesale targets for all product groups are attained alongside field sales and logistic teams.
- Assist with implementation of IT initiatives (requirements, SOP documentation, end user training).
Location:
Greater Toronto Area (East End) Hybrid Working Model 2-3 days in office required
Salary Range:
Based on Experience $75-90k plus Bonus (6%)
Requirements:
- Customer experience mindset.
- Strong analytical, operational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Supervisory experience (team lead or higher).
- Knowledge of supply chain and order management systems (SAP would be considered an asset).
- Business degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience selling across multiple product categories.
- Minimum 3+ years in Sales and Customer Service with experience Managing a Team is MUST!!
