Overview The Order Management Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of order management professionals in the day-to-day operations of the order management process. The Team Lead will ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that customer service is maintained at a high level. Detailed Job Description The Order Management Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of order management professionals in the day-to-day operations of the order management process. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that customer service is maintained at a high level. The Team Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, and for providing training and guidance to team members.
