Administrator Supply Order Management Jobs

• 2-3 years of experience in supply management (co-op experience counts)

• Benchmark with global indirect supply management policies and apply processes for Canadian units.

• Create relationships and work closely with Global Supply Management team.

• Project Management to leverage vendor tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel skills, and experience with Accounting/Procurement system

• Manage vendor relationships including data collection, discrepancies, disputes.

Provide customer order management and issue resolution including, but not limited to:

Analyzes and manages reporting information as it applies to delivering accurate and effective order management to customers.

Familiarity with Oracle EBS, specifically for order management and service management

We're looking for an Order Management (Account) Specialist!

Proactively manage all orders from receipt to closure, communicating via email and phone calls.

Address opportunities for process and/or system improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Fulfill software license orders via in-house license management system

Maintain and keep current business process documents for customers on the Order Management Sharepoint Intranet Sit

Be proficient in Order Management transactions such as Order Loading, Order Approval, Account Assignment, Credit notes, Buyback, Annual Payment, scenarios

Assist with Sku Management if required if there are issues with successfully booking an order

Utilize the Helpdesk Process to resolve Order Management System Issues

OMS (Order Management System) Lead must have

Strong knowledge in Shell Scripting, SQL

Medium or high-level knowledge in Linux Servers

Open Shift - Basic Understanding

Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Rabbit MQ, Jenkins, Jira

Strong understanding on Batch Jobs and its working

Strong analytical, operational and time management skills.

Knowledge of supply chain and order management systems (SAP would be considered an asset).

Analysis and distribution/communication of operational reports. With management, identify action items to support departmental Mid Term Plan (MTP).

Assist with implementation of IT initiatives (requirements, SOP documentation, end user training).

Minimum 3+ years in Sales and Customer Service with experience Managing a Team is MUST!!

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Must have 3+ years' experience in a role that required Project Management skills;

Must have 5+ years' experience directly with Supplier Management;

The Supply Base Management Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

The Supply Base Management Specialist must meet the following mandatory requirements

Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations;

Must have 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Office Suite;

In this role, you will assist in achieving streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote a seamless customer experience.

Support the generation of order related documents as outlined in established processes.

Support resolution for simple administrative or clerical process issues that follow already defined procedures related to order confirmation, processing and fulfillment.

Support simple customer orders to confirm credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability alignment.

2 years Supply Chain / Order Management experience is required

Proactively identify deficiencies in supply chain performance and engage key stakeholders in driving short-term and long-term solutions

Develop or identify, and implement best practices for material and supply planning processes in production or service

Drive measurable improvements in inventory levels, on-time delivery performance, and lead-times through improved planning improvements

Develop processes, systems, reporting and analytics to support improved supply chain visibility within the Business Units

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

3-5 years of administrative/data entry experience

Focus Area: Produce OE quotations and respond quicky to all inquiries with a solutions based mentality

Focus Area: Act as intermediary between Weir Technology Groups (e.g., Crushing, Screening, HPGR) in communicating our regional delivery needs.

Focus Area: Operate and work within SAP to enter and track PO’s, review material lists, ensure timely delivery, and monitor payments.

Communicate with customers, sales reps, and brand management for the release of merchandise

Work with vendor compliance to understand and interpret customer requirements

Understand and utilize a wide variety of EDI functions to meet each customer's EDI requirements

Support Sales department and perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
