Our client, a well-established distribution company, located in the North York area, is looking for a full-time customer service representative to join their team.

Job duties of the Customer service representative/ Order Desk role:

• Processingand entering orders into the computer software using QuickBooks
• Other duties as assigned
• Processing paperwork and documents such as shipping labels, packing slips, and invoices
• Answering incoming calls
• Handling a large volume of orders and paperwork
• Receiving orders from business customers, via phone, email, and fax

Ideal Candidate for the Customer Service Representative/ Order Desk role will have the following attributes:

• Must be able to multitask
• 2+ years of customer service or office administration or order desk experience
• Excellent math skills
• Experience working in the manufacturing business
• Able to work independently, day to day problem solving
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and computer skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is aMUST

This is an excellent full-time opportunity located in the North York area. The hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
